Tried the gist you posted to D9WIP's issues, and it didn't work. Still some work to be done.

Normmatt is working out the bugs. It's almost there. It dumps TWL carts now but there's corruption in the DSi Secure area and some minor junk data in 0x1000 region. The games as they are now would be useable in NTR mode with DS flashcarts. But being DSi Enhanced games, Normmatt wants to make sure the DSi Extended regions get dumped correctly.

Are you using Decrypt9 or WoodDumper 3DS?
