I use TCP gecko to extract a game's content files. Then I typically use Dumpiine to get the rpx executable files. After that, I use ddd title dumper to grab the meta folder and xml files.

Yet, my games never load fully. For example, sm3d world: white screen freeze. New super mario bros u: Gets to "You can use the following controllers" then black screen freezes. Hyrule warriors: Code/stack dump. Sm4sh: "Error 150-3034 If there is an SD card in your system please remove it and try again".

I don't get it. I just want to be able to rip my own games to keep them in good condition for a as long as possible. But this has just been a complete headache for me.

Anyone have suggestions? I am absolutely not interested in downloading the title's WUD so I was hoping someone had experience extracting the games from disk.

Thank you.

Are you downloading games from the internet? Loadiine only works with your games that have been dumped from your console to a drive.

Umm none of that is true but back on topic,

Use DDD to do the whole dump. I've dumped all my games this way and they all work.

Actually, I did use DDD for the whole process to begin with, but would get a black screen so I figured I would try using tcp gecko instead.

DDD also dumps a folder called like 'votenocontent' I am not sure if that is needed?

When using DDD, does one just dump /vol? I just wanna be sure I have been doing it correctly.

Like, were there any special steps you took to go from DDD to dumping a loadiine ready title?

I usually just dump all of vol. Then I I only use the 3 folders needed for loadiine and toss everything else.
