Okay, as FGFlann said, you can get the rest in chapter 6 as well.
So, all 19 are obtainable in-game without any need to cheat or have any kind of code/digital purchase.

You could try extracting your save file from the original game using Savedatafiler then injecting it into the Uncensored version

Well the thing is: I found the new save ID 01794 but cant find the original save, Maybe it were deleted when I started the modded version?

The EUR ID should be 017BB if you deleted the original game without backing it up then yeah it might be gone for good.

I have to ask though, is there a possibility to restore the censored bad endings from the sidequests? it's apparently just a couple lines of dialogue but I want to know regardless.
