Backup restore from OFW to CFW

Hello everyone

I am struggling, need help :!

I had a switch oled for years, official no hack.
I ve just got a v2 ship modded (welded) with latest software hekate atmosphere etc.

My need is how to get backups from the original stock switch to the v2 cfw?

I have 4 profils (only one has Nintendo account) and like 4 games that I need to backup restore for my kids

I appreciate any help

Assuming the your OLED isn't chipped, your V2 isn't banned and has an emuMMC : you need to link each profile to a Nintendo account on the OLED to make save games available for transfer.
Then you can set up those same accounts on your V2 on the OFW and transfer save games via a local transfer.

This can all be done the 'official' way.

After the save games are on the OFW of the V2 you can use Hekate and
other tools to extract the save games and transfer them to any account on the CFW.
(There are enough topics here on how to do that.)
After that you can remove the profiles from the OFW if you want.
Be careful not to delete the Nintendo account itself as that cannot be recovered.

If you already did some pirating things on your CFW, do _NOT_ do this directly on your CFW because you will get banned (possibly also your OLED) and Nintendo Ninjas will visit you in the deepest of night to take away your kids for them to work in Marioland.

(Note : If you don't have a CFW as a emummc but a CFW on the sysNAND, don't try to do this as the CFW/SysNAND and OFW share the same storage and Nintendo will detect any piracy activity.)

The v2 has emummc and sysnand and the oled is stock never chipped.
The thing is I do not know if the v2 is banned or not

I have dns blocking on it but I just bought it aftermarket.

So to resume, there is a risk (high?) to ban the ofw oled switch, risk I cannot take
V2 no risk as it is chipped?
