So I am trying to swap my sysNAND with my emuNAND, but running anything kernel program like Decrpyt9, emuNAND9, ect. from the homebrew launcher only results in a red screen, then flashes back to the homebrew menu. I tried launching them from both the emuNAND (10.5) and the sysNAND (9.0) using both the cia version of homebrew launcher and the browser exploit version and get the same results.
I do have A9LH installed and the latest version of this CFW.

I tried to do that when I didn't noticed I've got the A9LH XD
You have to boot your emuNAND on 9.0 FIRM mode but you have the emuNAND to 9.0-9.2 :v

Well since that was the problem, I installed sysUpdater.cia onto my emuNAND, used that to downgrade it, then launched the programs that way. Problem solved.
I already have an emuNAND backup from yesterday, so I will just restore that

How can I load decrypt 9 after applying arm9loaderhax? Everytime I try to load it from hblauncher loader on sysnand or emunand it fails (red screen)

Put both firmware.bin AND firmware90.bin in your rei folder.
When you want to launch HBL (to launch Decrypt9), hold L for 3 sec while you press the Power button.
This will load sysnand in pastamode, and Decrypt9 will work.

If however, you hold R instead, you will get sysnand, yes, but Decrypt9 will not load because I believe you're in sysnand with f/w > 9.2.

EDIT: BTW, to boot HBL from Sysnand, install hblauncher_loader 1.1 cia

I don't know what happened or how this happened, but when I launched a DSi Game, it somehow updated my sysNAND and removed the A9HL and now my CFW no longer works. Unless I can get a hardmod, I am officially done with my 3DS.

What did you mean in OP by
"If you hold R on boot, sysNAND will be booted with the firmware.bin on the SD card and signature checks patched (like Brickway)."
What if I only have firmware in the rei-n3ds folder for emunand. Also whats brickway and is there any chance I could brick my console while running sysnand in this mode?
Can I just normally boot sysnand?

does removing/renaming arm9loaderhax.bin and turning on the system immediately turn it off? if so, a9hl wasn't deleted

I removed the SD card and it boots straight into the SysNAND. It's fucked.
It was just working and as soon as I launched a DSi game, this happened
