ROM Hack is it possible to change language in super smash bros ?

Hi everyone, i had a US O3DS with rxtools cfw, i installed a EURO multi SSB rom on it to play it in french but the game still in english, is there a way to change language ? system settings language is already French and it hadn't changed anything.

You can extract the French language from a rom to use it with NTR CFW 3.3 with a plugin, but IDK how to extract the language, i just told it's possible

my O3DS il from USA so i guess that it's relative to console region

I don't know about the audio, but Smash Bros really have a Portuguese version (with in-game text translated). But it's for Europe.

Just installing a European .cia on a American 3DS (with Portuguese language) isn't enough, since the languages doesn't match - PT-BR on the system, PT-PT on the game.

The only way I can think to play in Portuguese (I don't think HANS is viable for O3DS in Smash) is taking off all the English script files from an US rom, and replacing with the European Portuguese ones (in the same vein of replacing music files, to have custom music).

But I don't even know if such thing is possible.

Its definitely a console matter, i tried the same rom on a EUR 3ds with Rxtools too and the game audio and texts shows in french. Hans can't work in this case cause there is no cartridge or sky3ds

I thoughth about that but not sure because some stuff like the sand bag mini game uses Ft in english km in any other language ... maybe only this get a bug? hahah but yeah not that matters more than undub... I was just curious and "vamos a isso" is much for a "go!", at least for a Brazilian xD

Get the US rom for your US 3ds. My retail cart plays in french just fine.

So the EUR had portuguese mmmhh I didn't know that, we just need to wait until the DTLS extractor supports the other languages(it only extract the english files of any region)

I'm looking forward into that. Despite any differences between the Portuguese spoken in Brazil and Portugal, it would be nice to see everything in my native language
