Homebrew TWL Slot-1 Launcher (First custom DSiWare app!)

ok I get the point: NAND mode does not mean that I'm installing to sysnand and SD mode does not mean that I'm installing to Emunand.
So I guess that I'll have to go boot on sysnand and install TWLFirm_N3DS.cia there.

Exactly. FBI itself has no way of knowing if it's running on sysnand or emunand. All it sees is that there's a NAND that it can install to and an SD card it can install to. Which NAND you install to depends on where you've booted it from.

So I installed TWLFirm_N3DS.cia on sysnand and Emunand and Launcher.cia on Emunand.
Now... Let's try to boot this blue card in Emunand!

MSET still here...
When I put the card, it does not display the icon of the card slot.
Let's try the launcher.cia
And it's a double black screen.


HOP!! After a reboot, on Emunand when I put the cart it displays the banner! and Double black screen again.
Let's retry with the launcher.cia.
No, still double black screen.

For me it's a fail, GW blue card is not working on Emunand with everything installed with settings above.

Yeah, I'm using the 3DS version. The DSi version should also work though.

The strange thing is that it shows up on a DSi. It should at least appear on a 3DS...

This has nothing to do with TWL_FIRM. TWL_FIRM is loaded *after* you launch a DS/DSi title, and you see the console soft-rebooting.

It's probably because I'm using Gateway and not a CFW. Well I bet on it.
Again, thank you for your hard work!! This is turning pretty good and I can't wait to see what will come in the future for our (N)3DS.

The icon appears even on a stock console. It's the cart that it's at fault (probably it's damaged, or broken).

Installed the twlfirm_n3ds on sysnand and emunand and TWLSlot1 to emunand, I get a black screen on launch with the cia and while normally launching it.

Reporting my results:

Setup:
-O3DS 9.2 / Emunand on latest FW
-Acekard2 (2.1, not i) w/AKAIO

Rxtools 55d2622 and elf. Did not work.
CIA on EMUNAND NAND. Worked.

Gonna try rxtools e2c1e58 in a sec and report.

Anyway, one way or the other, this is fucking awesome. I was about to get an acekard 2i or some other cheap cart and then this showed up and saved the day. Thanks to anyone involved, great work.

EDIT: e2c1e58 did not work, unless I'm doing something stupid. Am I supposed to launch the cart directly from the Home Menu? Launching the CIA its the only thing that worked so far.

EDIT 3: Ok, I'm an idiot, I got it now. You need both the TWL patches and the CIA for it to work.
I already had the patches on rxtools, that's why the CIA worked out of the box without me patching TWL_FIRM.

Well, I overwrited when installing the twlfirm_n3ds cia, (Installed it in emunand and sysnand)

And it seems like CycloDS and EZVi don't work

All I get is a black screen.
