Tubehax is patched, that's why you're receiving that message. The old version no longer works at all, the new version will load but tubehax won't work. You're going to have to use browserhax or themehax instead.
I haven't used my 3DS homebrew in a while. They patched Ironfall for people who already have it using the DNS?
I believe ironhax still works, as long as you don't update it, there's an update out for it on eShop now that will block ironhax.
