Some people might find useful dumping smdh files of installed titles, so I wrapped this up.
Press A and the smdh file will be dumped to the folder of the executable 3dsx file.
They are named "high title ID" - "low title ID".smdh because using the app name will need to deal with forbidden characters not allowed in fat32 filesystem and well, I just did this as a request.
Note: there's no feedback when the smdh is dumped, so after pressing A on a title it would seem as if nothing happened.
You can view/edit/dump the icon files with marc_max's tool (or any other smdh editor): http://usuaris.tinet.cat/mark/smdh_creator/
