Nintendo has pulled those files from their servers so the script is no good anymore. You'll have to find the file elsewhere but no-one here can post the file on this forum.

If you already set up an emuNAND on your new3DS and if you have the "firmware.bin" of the ReiNand CFW v2, you can easily test the lastest rxTools nightlies with your new 3DS !

Download the lastest nightly here : https://www.dropbox.com/sh/blmecish9rb1r87/AACOS5s8u0xucXy59vZk6i1pa?dl=0

Copy all the "rxTools" folder in the root of your SDcard and, of course, copy the ninjHAX files too.
If you have a "firmware.bin" in your SDcard's root, delete it.
Create a "data" folder into the "rxTools" folder.

Put the ReiNand "firmware.bin" into the "rei-to-rx" folder and click on "rei-to-rx.py"
Copy this new "firmware.bin" into the rxTools "data" folder and rename it to "0004013800000002.bin".

Run rxTools with ninjHAX, skip the data installation and launch the rxMode !

THIS IS TEST ONLY, remember the wise words of @AlbertoSONIC !

GUYS PLEASE DON'T TRY RXTOOLS ON N3DS

It's not fully stable yet and the initial configuration isn't working, so please wait until we get full n3ds support

There is no rxtools.dat in the new builds of rxTools. It's renamed and moved to /rxTools/system/code.bin.

You need to reinstall ROP from the new rxinstaller.nds . (Only O3DS for now)

but they say that nightlys version is working for n3ds now, how can i setup rxtools...
what i did is copy rx folder to sd, launch rxinstaller.nds via ds flashcart, then mset... but it says error... blh blah blah...
what should i do to try nighlies version on my 3ds... thanks...

Should i go out and buy a n3ds or keep o3ds. because maybe o3ds will be abandoned in the future and homebrew and support will only be made for n3ds

Noctis about your mset problem try copying code.bin to sd card and using qr code i had this problem too until i did this and later got correct version of rxinstaller.nds
