that site's sketchy, dont get me wrong, but all the roms I've used so far are from *ROM SITE* as I don't have to go through the trial and error rom testing I have to do on other sites.

That's not the problem. You're not suppose to link websites that have available roms to pirate and download.

Sorry, idk what WWF means, but like when I install the .cia of the DLC it doesn't seem to recognize or doesn't know that there is dlc installed, or can you not install the dlc with rxtools?

Dlc only works with the .3ds file or jp console

You don't need the gateway to create your emunand.

I'm not sure but I think that you need at least FW9.4 for the game to boot. If that is the case of course you need to create an emunand and update the emunand.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Should I still try to create one? I thought that rxmode had its own emuNAND which was at 9.8, but it still can't run feif (padz + padsmb runs perfectly fine).
