Hacking 4.xx Firmware Without Any Kind Of Flashcard?

Basically, yes. Loading that page causes the Launcher.dat on your SD card to launch, and the Gateway launcher.dat brings up a menu with options like "install NVRAM" and "format emuNAND". It doesn't need anything else to be on the SD card. If that's NOT working... I'm not sure. I THOUGHT that page was essentially universal to all 3DS browser versions up to 9.2... That's why I was asking about the user-agent, to find out what your 3DS' browser version is.

Page is still doing the same thing bud. Won't load. Still the same page loading up as before. There's no menu for options to do anything. I have no clue! I wished we could get this fixed & working.

Should I still install the mset profile exploit anyhow? I'm going to need that regardless to get to Pasta CFW. I have the GW Installer.nds file ready to go from micro sd card from the flashcart. Thanks!

Edit: I tried to load the useragent page again as well. Under where it says "Your User Agent String is: Analyze" There is nothing there but a blank page. What the crap is going on here?

Edit again: This time the user agent page worked after trying many times. It says Version /1.7455.US. Now I've tried the ROP launcher page many times as well but still no luck with that page. This is very strange how my browser is functioning.

Oh! Derp. Yeah, if you have a way to install mset, do it. With mset you don't need the browser exploit. With mset, you can boot Pasta, and after booting Pasta, you can... PRESUMABLY update the browser. I just mowed a lawn so I'm a little braindead but I'll give you more details on that shortly if you'd like

(by the way, if you'd prefer, I could add you on some instant messenger or other and try and walk through this with you directly, if it'd be faster/easier?)

Edit: Oh, and if the GW Installer.nds has an EmuNAND installer/formatter, should do that now and get it out of the way.

Yeah, mset and emunand setup should be easy, I'm talking about the 3DNUS updating stuff and the palantine/pbt cfw shenanigans that come later, haha

I used the GW Installer.nds file but where's the option to setup the mset & emuNAND? I followed the few simple instructions from the screen. Do these short simple instructions actually setup/create the mset & emuNAND?

Keep trying, it seems like the site is having stability issues right now. (On and off... maybe it's being DOS'd?) And for right now, no, use the Gateway launcher.dat from the 3.2.2 package: http://www.gateway-3ds.com/downloads/ It's in the "GW_Ultra_3.2.2(Public Beta)" folder in that.

Also, back up everything on your SD card, because it's gonna get wiped. If you can get that running, then hit "INSTALL NVRAM" and wait for that to finish (should work - I've never needed it). Then hit "FORMAT EMUNAND". That'll wipe your SD card and create the emuNAND, which resides in 1 GB of unpartitioned space at the beginning of the card. If you get all that working, let me know. If http://dukesrg.no-ip.org/3ds/go/ still won't work, even after you clear history/cookies and try a few times (and get it to load) I'm not sure what to suggest; I think that SHOULD work though. In a desktop browser when you try to load the page you should just see a dot.

The launcher.dat for the gateway web expolite needs to be this one, pasta comes after.
