No, that isn't related to this at all. Reisyukaku made a personal CFW to develop things with and predates PastaCFW. Reisyukaku had some form of CFW for awhile now. PastaCFW has nothing to do with Reisyukaku.

And no Reisyukaku probably doesn't plan on releasing it.

I think you should post a guide how to install pasta cfw without CN mset 4.x in first post, it's strange to see a [release] thread without things explained more clearly

By now,Pasta CFW doesn't run on emunand,so you cant run games that require FW above 4.5...

Yes, my old cfw used mset and sig patches too, but its not related to pasta

I used another method for this:

1) Enter the GW/MT SysNAND mode
2) Install DevMenu
3) Replace the GW/MT Launcher with Pasta Launcher (not the MSET version, but the GW Bluecard Installer compatible version, which can be found in Pasta thread)
Done.

For entering GW SysNAND mode, we need GW Launcher 2.6+ and GW Redcard for verifying.
For entering MT SysNAND mode, we need MT Launcher 2.2+.
I don't know whether it requires verifying MT white card or not.

What part of "(4.x old3ds)" from the title did you not understand? Did you even read the 1st post, or the requirements at the very top of the page? Also near the tutorial it says "Only works on old3ds with firmware 4.x". How much clearer can it get?

I used another method for this:
For entering GW SysNAND mode, we need GW Launcher 2.6+ and GW Redcard for verifying.

no need for GW v2.6
in GW v3.2.1 they aldy add sysnand boot option

while in the Gateway menu with the boot icons visible, simply hold B while booting into Gateway mode or Classic mode!
You will then be asked to confirm booting into SYSNAND mode by pressing X.
