New Dragon Ball game announced(PS4/PS3/360)

i've lost interest since budokai 1 for gamecube. i was hopeful the last one for ps3 was going to be cool, but its just such an old story now - i need new.
Dragonball Z must be the most beaten dead horse ever.
It's like CoD but in this case, the sales are worse and not many people even care about it, except for the fans.
I wasn't hyped for Raging Blast 2, Ultimate Blast, Battle of Z or this game.. Namco Bandai has failed to cater their Dragon Ball fans.
Surprisingly, it seems as if the ps2 versions of DBZ have always been the best in my opinion because it was like experiencing such awesomeness of a show/manga and playing it in a fully fledged 3d game and it being every thing I imagined.

No Vita, and I bought Battle of Z full price to support future Vita ports....

Battle of Z does feel like it was made more for the Vita than 360/PS3 so it's not all bad.
I liked the game regardless of the no combo/one button fighting mechanic, since I suck in fighting games anyway. In my opinion, the game's visual are appealing on the Vita, the soundtrack is what i expected for DBZ, the dialogue is well done as always (liked the dialogues during battles), and the story mode was different but fun(somewhat easy though, but I liked that for the reason above). But One Piece looks like a game with a more complex gameplay mechanic(seems to be more open world with more variety like adventure, fighting, platforming, etc.) , and a higher budget. Plus I dig those colorful visuals
If they really wanted to make a good game, they should either make a sequel to Battle Stadium D.O.N or release a remake as a cross gen game because hell, Battle Stadium D.O.N was awesome !
I liked Budokai 3 a lot but I was not as good at it, pretty sweet game I still have the he collection though I don't play it as much, but I still stand by my original gaem
yeah it's a great multiplayer game, but the A.I. was kinda bad and the slot machine minigame at the end of 1-player mode was a pain in the ass, but aside from that, I agree with you

These games haven't been good since Budokai Tenkaichi 3. That game is retardedly fun with a friend with all chars playing random. Not sure why they opted to make the games complete shit after that iteration.
My favorite is still tenkaichi tag team of the dragon ball z fighting games. But battle of Z was a nice game too~
