Hacking Just bought 3DS XL. Any recommended flash carts I can get?

Just got a 3DS XL. I'm looking for flash carts right now. Any flash carts you guys can recommend? I also got the system with Pokemon X. Just checked the settings and I'm currently running Ver. 6.1.0-10E.

DSTWO, that's the best DS flashcard right now.

If you do not wish to spend the extra money on the DSTWO an R4i Gold will do the trick.

Just keep in mind that currently, your firmware version only allows some DS flashcarts to run. These are carts that run DS games. Currently, the only flashcart that runs 3DS games is the Gateway, which is only compatible (currently) with firmwares 4.1-4.5.

As far as what I'd recommend, the DSTWO hands down.

DSTWO for your DS games and everything under that in terms of power is the only game in town at the moment, aside from the cheapo ones that don't play GBA games or have other tons of awesome features of the DSTWO.

Just spring a little extra cash for the DSTWO. It's worth it.

what are you even saying?

Gateway works on (4.1 -> 4.5) only for now.

Currently it is not compatible with firmware above 4.5 but we are working on making it compatible as quickly as possible with 5.x and 6.x firmwares. It is most likely to happen in the weeks to come since we are now done with V1.0 of our product and can now fully concentrate on newer firmware and new functions.

Are you working on supporting 5.x and 6.x 3DS systems? Yes, we have still not given up hope to support these consoles. But please be patient.

3DS unit on firmware v4.1-4.5: At the time of writing this review the GW3DS only supports 3DS/3DS XL units on firmware 4.1-4.5. If your 3DS is on a higher firmware then you'll have to wait for the GW3DS Team to release an update.

Excellent, the DSTWO looks to be the best of the bunch (in my opinion) and works with 6.x firmware on the 3DS since I left my DS Lite at home Any reason why the official site has two "versions" of the card (ones that say 3DS and others that don't)? I only ask since under DSTWO, I see "Super DSTWO" and "Super Card + SD"

I have yet to see a DSTWO clone show up.

you are talking about the gateway? they will need to find an exploit that works on the 3ds firmwares above 4.5. they claim they are doing this but can it be done? we all hope so but it remains to be seen.
