To be honest I would like to have "more Retro cups".
E.g. SNES Retro Cup with all SNES tracks, N64 Retro CUP with N64 tracks...
These Retro Cups could be also DLC.

I'd like GCN Rainbow Road, that was my favorite one. GCN Bowser's Castle and Wario Colosseum were awesome as well. Also, no Moonview Highway please, I hate that one. Stupid cars keep crashing into me.

They should HD version the snes Mario Kart as a side bonus one, with internet multiplayer. Or put this on virtual console.

how about try adding Track editor/ makers

into the game
so we can make are own tracks and share them with everyone

so
even if the track you want not in the game, someone could try and make it with the editor

Not a bad idea, I reckon chances are are real slim. Would be good, they need to add something new. Also they better make the gfx good (pikmin 3 level or above) but 60fps if possible in single player mode and 30 in multiplayer.

N64 RR will 99% likely not make it in, it only worked semi-well with N64 physics, on the Wii U I expect it would be too long and/or boring.

I don't know.

I think how Nintendo unexpectedly decided to put SNES Rainbow Road into MK7 would mean that they'll be remaking an old Rainbow Road for the end of every Retro Cup for now on, just as the new tracks get a new Rainbow Road.

They could spruce it up a little by removing some of the walls so it is possible to fall off, and maybe placing some ramps here and there, and keeping the Chomps running along the course, maybe make it a bit smaller in scale too. They did modify the SNES one quite a bit too, after all.

Neo Bowser City and Rosalina's Ice World is what I want to return in MKU.

Also, Maple Treeway. My favorite course in the entire Mario Kart series next to Neo Bowser City.

Honestly I would like to see a retro cup of nothing but Rainbow Roads! I don't really care which ones just make it happen!

Edit - Oops seems frogboy has already stated what I'd like it see ^_^

Wishlist:

N64 - Bowsers castle - My fave track from mario kart
N64 - Toad's turnpike - EXSACTLY how it was on N64, huge unrealistic cars that are almost impossible to avoid, not the "small" cars in the newer versions
GC - Daiseys cruiser - Best track on the GC version imo, dining room was classic
DS - Tick-tock clock - Best track on the DS and is one of the more challanging tracks in MK which is why i love it
DS - Airship fortress - Fantastic track, looks great and lots of level obstacles which makes mario kart more fun imo
DS - Delfino square - Really fun track with two awkward but rewarding shortcuts, the bridge at the end is a great make or break moment too.
Wii - Wario's goldmine - Best track on the wii version by far, the whole of this level is awesome
Wii - Toad's factory - Fun level especially with the conveyer belts
Wii - Coconut mall - i dont care that its in the 3DS version, this map is awesome fun and has great music
3DS - Piranha plant pipeway - Best level on the 3DS and looks fantastic with great music, im also damn good at this level xD
3DS - Melody motorway - Pretty track and the keyboard sliding and the way the level interacts with the music is great fun
3DS - Rainbow road - The best rainbow road ever created imo altho id prefer it maybe slightly shortened and turned into 3 laps instead of 1

Snes and GBA i didnt include coz i think they are too "simple" to be implemented with this generation of gameplay and im aware most of these are already included in other mario karts as retro tracks but these imo are the best tracks from their respective consoles.
