I ordered my Revo unit exactly three months ago today. The site said "In stock" When I ordered, and I have contacted then three times sense. The first time they replied with "Please be patient, we will send it within the next few days with a shipping notice". SO I waited a month. Contacted again and got the same reply.
I contacted them two days ago with a slightly rude attitude telling them to once again please get back to me with an actual shipping date OR to please refund me money, and that I was going to avoid complaining in public (like this) or contacting my bank if they did soon.
To much my surprise I had no reply, Should I be contacting my bank for a refund and reporting the site? Or is there a way to actually get my product from these people?
