Both demos will include one solo mission and two co-op special training missions. Co-op mission is online on PS3, local play on 3DS. The co-op missions can be played solo, as well.

The solo mission will have players mastering the game's basics. Escape from a ravine and head to the rescue point, then save a VS from a scarlet pirate.

Tried out the 3DS demo. Pretty fun & addictive. I really like the manga style cut scenes. Another high quality game from CAPCOM.

This game has a lot of violence for something about Ex Troopers.

I mean, if this is what they deal with on a constant basis, how bad was it when they were still troopers?

I still don't understand how this is a spinoff of Lost Planet. Lost Planet wasn't a weeaboo anime game.

Because there has never been a different graphically themed spinoff before, especially onto lesser hardware?

Moreover the earlier titles might not have been too terribly anime themed but they had pretty much all the hallmarks of Japanese sci fi so I do not see it as an overly large shift.

Does Wind Waker count as a "different graphically themed spinoff"? I'd say that was just a main entry in the series with a new, pretty coat of paint.
It's not a spinoff, but it sure is different graphically themed. It looks completely different from every other Zelda game, not counting the DS ones (which sucked anyway, I'd count them as spinoffs because of the different gameplay)
I think that's what he meant.

I wonder if they repurposed any of ML3's engine for the 3DS version of this game? Highly doubt it, but still. Anyways, great looking game so far, it'd be nice if this game had any chance of making it outside of Japan one day.

Actually yeah, they did confirm they are using MML3 assets and engine for this game.
