If you watched the anime it's not that hard to get what they are saying. I finished the game in 3-5 hours with S in all stages and I didn't even read a single line of dialogue.

It's really not that hard.

Sorry for replying to an older topic.
I've been working to translate this game as my first, and probably only, project.

Does anyone want a list of the programs I've been using? I have been having trouble with a couple of things, so if anyone wants to help they're welcome to.
I'm still in the process of translating the text, but I've already started inputting english dialogue with reasonable results. It's buggy here and there, but I'm still learning. I am still a newbie to this after all.

Once I'm confident in my progress, I'll try to post screen shots.

Hi :) i also love the series. Today i read new issue of Claymore manga and i remembered the DS game...

I would love this game to be my first translation project. I'm learning how to hack DS roms so only real obstacle would be the language.

Yeah well..that's not the point.

I want to thank everybody for waiting so patiently. I also want to apologise for the hiatus. I experienced difficulties early on with editing some of the graphics and grew a little disheartened.

I have better knowledge of Japanese now, and I also found 2 programs that will allow me to properly edit the graphics. Which means I can finally complete this project!

It's not much, but here's a link to screenshots showing proof of concept (can't post images/links properly yet, don't have enough posts ):

It will take a while to finish, so I'm going to selfishly ask for everyone's patience again. This is a one-person localisation team and I'll be fitting this project around uni and work.

If anyone has art skills and can work with indexed colour images (limited 16-colour palette), please let me know. Ditto if anyone can help with coding the translated text into the text files (it's pretty straightforward). I'll be able to focus more on translating, and we'll be able to get this localisation done sooner. I might need debugging help later on, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

I'll make a proper translation page and link you guys to it from here, but you can also check the translation index thread for links.
