Gaming Zelda doesn´t work with Supercard microsd - help

I already tried the newest (2.63 beta), with all possibly Settings
Also tried another Dump. The Rom is correct.
Other roms are functioning without any problems.

I dont know what to do....

You need to first install v2.62 software, then you need to put the 2.63 SuperCardmicrosd.exe over the old exe. You need the DB files from 2.62 for a successful patch.

I´m giving up.
It does not work.
The steps i have done:
Reinstalled all supercard Software on my PC.
Then downloaded the 2.62 Software and installed it.
Then i have downloaded the 2.63 Software (only one file SuperCardmicrosd.exe - overwrited my old 2.62 exe file with this one).
After that i load my rom into the Software(its not the first time I´m doing this, all other games are working) and patched it with different options(for example : trim rom, enable restart and other...). I tried EVERYTHING. I only get two white Screens.
Also i tried 3 different versions of this rom. Thats not the problem!

The one thing what is differen after patching is the size of the rom. The unpatched rom has exactly 64,0MB. After patching i get 64,1MB . Is this right?

Also i formatted the 1GB micro stick(tried FAT and FAT32) before doing anything
