Hacking Others R4DS can't

Hello, i'm a n00b here, can you guys please help with a lil thing

So, i have a r4 card, its original sd card didnt work anymore so i switched the sd card, i did all the setup, and installed the firmware, but when i download roms, and put them into the rom folder in the files, it doesn't work. It gets this loading screen and it freezes, never starting the game.

Can somebody help me?

I have a R4 RTS Lite, i use it on my Nintendo DSi, the version is V4.1b

Here's the pic of the screen. It apparently looks normal, but it freezes and the game never get to start.

Oh sorry, i just noticed i didn't put the entire title, it was " My R4 can't open roms'

Try reformatting the SD card according to this setup guide: https://dsi.cfw.guide/sd-card-setup.html
If the issue persists, then try installing YSMenu and/or TWiLight Menu++ here: https://wiki.ds-homebrew.com/twilightmenu/installing-flashcard

or better yet, mod your DSi in order to play DS games (plus DSi-Exclusives and DSiWare) without a flashcard: https://dsi.cfw.guide/

Hey rocketrobz, thank you mate , the twilightmenu works ok , and its making my games work now.
