YouTube keeps betching that all the fracking smeg I upload violates copyright.

I uploaded a video of fucking Mario Kart Wii, and they said it's a copyright infringement. I upload a video of Mario Kart 8, and they say it's fucking copyright infringement.

TONS of people upload similiar videos, and I highly doubt every single one of them got permission from Nin10doh.

I filed a dispute. Will they terminate my account for doing so?

If, after they deny your dispute, you choose to dispute again and lose, your account will be terminated. If you win, you're all good. I say dispute once and take what you get.

You could try to upload a video without ingame music and everything should be fine. Most of the time that is the cause for the claim.

I've heard of people who are in that program still get copyright warnings on MK8 content uploaded via the game.

Then that is REALLY stupid, and you shouldn't be getting copyright violations, PARTICULARLY since those games are confirmed uploadable with the Youtube-Nintendo partnership!

If they wanted to make money, they could have sold Nintendo WFC to some company instead of shutting it down completely. I don't think many people bought a 3DS or Wii U because of that shutdown - they probably moved on to Xbox or PS.
