Well not games that are part of xbla arcade aren't. I've never seen a full retail release of resi 4 on the 360 anywhere. As far as I know it's on games on demand but not retail. Although I could be wrong of course. My betting is the version of resi he has downloaded is that version and in that case no it won't work on the xkey

Arcades are indeed digital only (except for some)
Maybe it's hard to find in the retail stores?

I don't think it exists personally. I've never seen it. It's never been on ebay, Amazon or anywhere. There are however dozens of places that offer the GOD version of resi 4, which is indeed an iso. But they won't ever work on xkey. I'd imagine that's why it isn't on abgx. Same reason games like meat boy etc aren't on there as they don't exist at retail
