XenoGC Where to buy?

Just bought a Gamecube and was wondering wheres the best place to buy a XenoGC modchip? (people say stay away from modchip.com and consoleshop.com)
Saw one from "mod-chip.com", but just wanted to see if any fellow tempers know where to buy a legit one, thanks!

EDIT: Just found one at modchip.ca, which I know is a reliable shop (got a psx chip from here before). But... its $29.95. The average price for one of these is around $15, anyone know any other place?
