With E3 canceled for the year, it's likely major publishers will host their own events to showcase their upcoming games. As such, Xbox and Bethesda has just announced they will hold a digital showcase on June 12, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET, streamable on their YouTube, Twitch and other social media pages. "This show will feature amazing titles coming from Xbox Game Studios, Bethesda, and our partners around the world," reads the blog post, which also mentions that upcoming releases for Game Pass on Xbox and PC will be featured.

While there were no specific titles mentioned, it's likely we'll get some updates on Starfield, Bethesda's long-awaited space RPG, which is set to release on November 11, 2022.

As if they didn't have IPs to work before this buy. MS thinks that creating is the same as acquiring.
They acquired RARE and what exactly have MS done with them since.

They're just buying out these studios to push its digital crap service aka plan B for their anti pre owned gaming.

Now they plan to bombard your gaming with advertisements.

when are we getting the subscription service The Elder Scrolls: 365 Home Edition that is smart enough to automatically save your game before Windows decides to forcefully restart your computer to install updates?

Good point.

Conker deserves (another) remake.

Or heck, a brand new game.

You're all forgetting one thing: Bethesda is a huge company and, aside from that steaming pile of crap called Fallout 76, they still publish games that sell well (Doom 2016, Wolfenstein 2 and Doom Eternal, anyone?). Microsoft is most likely going to give them a lot of freedom compared to Rare, which was pretty much already dead in 2002. Yeah, they made those Donkey Kong Country remakes on GBA and various DS stuff, but beyond that? Uhh...some underrated 360 games and frickin' Kinect

Also it's not like Rare (after they were bought) proposed to MS with some great idea for a video game, something that's practical & has great potential, and MS said to them ... No! If Rare had something worthwhile MS would've released it, it's that simple. Or do you say that's its MS's responsibility to incentivize them into making good games? Maybe.. But if they didn't, it's not necessary their fault..

rare and MS did release a new Killer Instinct game on the xbone, which I bought. that's a game where you can kick ass without knowing any moves. :P

I remember it being decent. I think the roster was sorta lacking at release, though it got better after multiple DLCs/re-releases..
