I've got all the cheats enabled, both in system options and in the actual game options.
Tried to use the x2 x4 x8 exp cheat codes for Dragon Quest IX, but when it generates the .CC file, it's actually blank.
I had to manually edit it with notepad, then it worked.
Has anyone else had this problem?
