Do I need to make a video of this?

Then do the sane thing and wait it out until there's a better working build of it. Give it a few weeks and check up on the project at that point. The title quite clearly says WIP (work in progress).
Sure, I understand! But the project doesn't work yet (the walls don't actually move towards the player/collision does not work/I'm in the process of working on a level editor/need to code game over screen). Once it works there will be stable downloads, no worries. I shared the project so people can contribute if they want atm, not play it. Sorry for the misunderstanding!

At the moment the "end user" is another developer like me.
i'm not gonna instadownload and play, i never do that.. I'm still waiting for a stable and decent build of EUCLIOD to play, even though i think it's been dropped
 
I have another "release". In this update, the patterns are loaded from a .leve file in the romfs. You can create said files using the bundled Java level editor. As of now, the Java level editor is simply an application that you run in the terminal (for example bash, cmd, or your IDE).

This also means that patterns can be left up to the user to create, so soon this will allow for the sharing of custom levels and patterns (for those who are into that).

Also, the patterns are randomized both sequentially and rotationally.

By the way, I hate pointers.

Note: The game can't run at full performance on the o3ds because the polygons are still not drawn by the GPU. If anyone knows a quick way to do that, or an example of it being done, let me know!

If you are... Holy cow, that was my game many moons ago!
Yep, I am. I own two of them, actually. A TI-Nspire CX (Rev.D) with 3.1 + 3.1 CAS OS (w/Ndless and Nlaunchy) and another CX (one of the newer ones, Rev. T), with OS 4.2 and Ndless. Unfortunately, 4.2 Ndless is not reboot proof, but oh well. I've also noticed that my older calculator's overclock is more stable, and the 4.2 OS is significantly slower than the 3.1 speed-wise, which doesn't help considering the overclock works better on my Rev. D.

Awesome! I'm glad to hear that your first experience of Super Hexagon was my incredibly shitty port of the game to nSDL. I have a rev.D Nspire CX (not CAS) myself with nlaunch 3.2 CAS (no ndless) and the normal OS on 3.6 (has ndless). I still have the source code of the game somewhere on my SSD. (I don't think I ever released the source for that game because 1. The code was awful and 2. I had no clue how to use GitHub). Never thought I would talk about calculators on GBAtemp!

Anyway, on a more relevant note, I added a function to sf2dlib to draw triangle primitives, so the game now runs at full speed using the GPU. Yay!

nice. So you're the one who made one of the games I played during math class... lol. Hum, I was going to get the 3.2 OS CAS on my calc because of compatibility with newer documents, but I ended up not doing it because of there being no Ndless.

I usually just switch between them when I want to use ndless. That also means I have a "gaming mode" and a "math mode" so I don't "accidentally" play Pokemon Emerald during my math final (true story).

Btw, did you know the newest models of the CX royally screwed Ndless programs? They made it so the screen is rotated 90%, meaning most ndless programs don't know how to deal with it. Some have been updated for this, others use the "compatibility mode" in Ndless, which is significantly slower. Some programs, like GBCNspire, will never be updated (as its author lost the source code) so.... rip tons of stuff.
 
Nice work! I was completely addicted to the mobile version till I completed it :D Guess it's time to go through it again on my 3DS haha

Holy shit really? That makes me so sad. I haven't really kept up on the calculator scene way back when so thanks for letting me know.

Thank god I still have my hacked rev.D, I remember the days when they started to block downgrades and the whole nspire community flipped their tits. I love how similar the hacking communities are with their people, problems, and their solutions.
