Fixed itself after booting rx sysnand a couple of times.

I dont understand how it works. and if I cant even get the HBL app to boot rxtools then how can ctr help?

where are you getting your rxTools HBL files? You need at least rxTools 3.0 for them to work (just remembered this, sorry) get the latest nightly (or another CFW) and try again

Tried to get cakes but it got stuck at decrypting FIRM so I got rx instead.

did you do the thing with the cetk file? If not try cakes again this time putting cetk in the cakes folder on the SD card... (step 4 firmkey.bin spoiler)

Yea I did that. But I got the rx nightly working now so I guess I just put the rxtools.3dsx as boot.3ds instead and use menuhax to boot it.

2015/12/05. I'm not really bothered with it though. The few times I do use my 3DS booting through the browser isn't too bad.

I can't get Decrypt9.dat to boot :/ I've tried renaming the file from "Decrypt9WIP.dat" to "Decrypt9.dat", cleared the browser settings, and nothing. Booted into CFW and tried loading the site, nothing. What should I do to try and boot it?

You will have to boot browserhax and start decrypt9 through HBL

Yea ninjhax will work too. Just get into HBL somehow.
