I thought there was only one version of superkey?
is "old version" the same one that's exactly the same to passcard 3 minus splash screen?
What's the difference between old or new? I'm thinking of pre ordering a g6 lite pro and i don't know whether to get passcard 3 or superkey.
I was aiming for superkey since it has no splash but i don't know about "old"

I just had the same problem and looked into it before buying mine a few days ago. So far what I know is that they do the same thing but the Passcard 3 is newer technology. Also, it offers better FlashMe (flashing your DS with the Passcard 3 software to your DS firmware so you never need a passcard or superkey in the ds slot) support and sleep mode. Here are some reviews I found and I went with the Passcard 3 BTW.

Does anyone else know the differences?

I have no idea why they call it "old superkey".

I bought one, and it works just like any good ol' Passcard: Just insert and enjoy!

The superkey has a sleep capability as well, so no worries there. I'm happy with the superkey

It's great for flashing people's DS's and DS Lites

I wasn't comparing passcard 3 to superkey. They are exactly the same.
I was wondering why superkey is labeled old on winsunx.
They're never was an OLD version of superkey though...Since there's no superkey2 or something like that...

Like I said I think they are referring it as old technology compared to the Passcard 3. Something to do with full Dual support or something I read somewhere.

Well Winsunx's stock of the "old" Superkey is gone...they are now selling the "new" version. (Which isn't compatible with the EZ4 lite!!!)

Maybe you can mail them if they can test some superkeys, maybe they have another old one.

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's extra scummy. Ubisoft nowadays ship out incomplete games like Skull and Bones which was being worked on for nearly a decade now.

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol

I never knew about it at the time but a fixed version was available but you had to mail in your broken copy lol

So that version is semi rare
