ROM Hack Wild encounter/trainer editor help

I got my Alpha Sapphire Decrypted files and I was trying to use the ORAS tools I found on projectpokemon. As I was using them, I went to the folders it said but I couldn't select the file it said which was kinda weird in my opinion. Then after that either nothing would happen or it would have errors. So how do I properly use these files.

Note I just shortly after writing the first part used a 1.0 version of RSTE and it said that the files it found were much smaller then the ones it had been expecting. So I was in the wrong folder, but I did go to a/0/3

    not that, some psu like those corsair rm series stock cables have very big knicks that make it impossible to fit in there
