Hacking wiiu-vc-inject.exe unable to connect error...

I'm trying to replace the japanese VC version of Marvelous (SNES) with the recent translated rom.

I've got the correct IP address of my Wii U and put it in the IP text file. After dragging the rom onto the exe it says unable to connect.

I tried including the colon and numbers too but nothing.

Anyone know if this is fixable?
