Sounds nice, best modchip out there now. But it's not region unlocking, NTSC-U / NTSC-J just doesnt matter, I'll guess thats the case with the CycloWiz and the Wiinja too.

Now here's a modchip to really get excited about! Am I ever glad I resisted the temptation to pull the trigger on the Wiinja/Cyclowiz!

Looks very nice. I'll keep my wiinja untill they make a update where my PAL Wii can play other region games. For people with PAL Wii's this doesnt have any more features than the Wiinja (except you can upgrade it).

If I hadnt already ordered I would probably wait for this, but Im still happy I ordered the wiinja, so I can use that untill they figure out how to make it region free.

The problem with this chip is that I suspect that its a drive mod, and if it is, I dont think it will ever be able to make PAL Wiis play NTSC games, because Ive heard that PAL Wiis are unable to display NTSC signals and visa versa. Hopefully I'm wrong.

WOW, thanks for the post, this one is new to me.

NOTE- this one is 4 wires + quick solder.....so maybe 10 or 11 points of contact ?????

As shown on the lickle diagram on http://www.wiikey.cn

I think its one or the other - the four points are for wired installation, or you can use the quick solder interface. Not both.

mmm at first when reading 4 wires & quick solder, I thought that it meant that the quick solder is rerouted on a wire interface for people not wanting to screw up their boards, but if it meant 11 solder points, it can do a lot more than just basic drive code injection. So we can expect a lot... maybe
