Can they both be on the same SD Card without any conflicts, and Vwii should i choose to use it

for the WiiU what is the best tutorial to mod my Wiiu, if i only plan on using it for WiiU game backups.

is there a backup tool for WiiU Games like Cleanrip

Wii Homebrew is stored in the folder sd:/apps/
Wii U Homebrew is stored in the folder sd:/wiiu/apps
So yes, they can both be stored on the same SD Card.
