you should be able to download the CERT manually after downloading everything else with JNUSTool.
the file is called cert
it doesn't have a file extension.

or run NUSgrabber, maybe it downloads them first, then use JNUStool to continue the download.
Tried shovel knight, got the title.cert .tik and .tmd with, maybe its only a problem with yoshi wolly world...

EDIT:Finished yoshi with Nus, got the .cert and .tmd, so it's a problem with jnus and some titles, be carefull guys :)

Dont know for sure but I guess that if its the same case as 3ds , it wouldnt Work , anyway This is useless since you just could install the Game and ticket in any wii u :P
I wouldn't be so sure... the 3DS won't transfer installed games because the signature in the .tik is broken...

With this, the signature is still fully intact...

no, look :

Code:
E:\Emulateurs\Nintendo\Wii-U\Utils\NUSGrabber\>NUSgrabber.exe 0005000E10145000
NUSgrabber 0.4 by crediar
Built: May 21 2016 15:03:04

Downloading: 000000a6.app
--2016-10-22 19:46:20-- http://ccs.cdn.wup.shop.nintendo.net/ccs/download/0005000E10145000/000000A6

Starting a download with NUSGrabber gives you the URL where the files are located.
'000000a6.app' file is actually named "000000A6" (without a file extension).

Try downloading the title.cert (which is named "cetk") from OSv10
ccs.cdn.wup.shop.nintendo.net/ccs/download/000500101000400A/cetk

edit: the cert for the update exists, but it seems it doesn't for the full game...
get the "generic" certificate from OS v10 title.

I just now figured the game size / percentage error in WUPInstaller XD
The size in screen is the size after the last 4GB block, because the FAT32 limit.
In example, Mario Kart 8 have a size of 4,10GB, and WUPInstaller says 45Mb... giving a full installed percentage over 1000% XD

It occurred to me that it's not necessarily safe to go online with ticket installed games.

Nintendo can tell by your NNID that you don't own the game, and they can tell from the ticket media type that it's not a disc-based game but an eShop installation. It wouldn't be difficult for them to put two and two together on the server-end and ban your console.

Just saying. A console ban is a legitimate risk if you're going online with these games.

yes, I don't know how NUSgrabber is finding the certificate. the cetk file doesn't exist on the server for full games, only for updates and free titles.
Maybe it's not named cetk, or it needs something to unlock it.
