You can do a warehouse order from bestbuy. It won't be available for everyone, but I just tried this at my local bestbuy and it worked. The guy helping me first said the product was set to "discontinued" which i thought was odd and i told him as much. I asked if he could check the warehouse and sure enough, they had stock and shipping was free too. Mine is set to arrive on Jan 21. This is sooner than a mayflash would have come to me AND its made by nintendo.

Edit: Just an update. They actually just shipped it this morning so it will now arrive this week :D. I suggest trying to grab one before they hit online and go OOS again.
