Hacking Wii Sports Resort

I use CIOS12 gx r554, global setting:anti002 YES. Dont use any alt-dol atm.

I get to the screen, where I think they ask to enable the motion plus to the wiimote, and where you can see the motion plus movie. Its all japaneese so dont know for sure.

The only option I can do is select the movie, but then it returns to the wii menu.

So can this game only be played with the motion plus?

Yes this game can only be played with the wii-motion plus.....

Thats a known problem: just deactivate the alternate dol-use after first watching the vids and you are done!

can anyone give me their full settings (global and game only) for the game, i still can't seem to get it past the black screen with RZTJ01.dol in my root. im runing r565 and rev 13a.

ive done 222 and 249, always with error 2 fix on, experimenting with patch game and block ios. anyone know what i might be missing?

I haven't tried it personally.... But another user posted this in the Neogamma thread. This is loading from a disc though. Same method may work with USB possibly.

only problem now is .... If you DO NOT have WII MOTION PLUS hardware it WILL NOT GO ANY FURTHER than the menu options that shows you must connect the WII PLUS hardware!


using r13 btw for reference on 249

and this is loading from DISK and NEO GAMMA R5 RC1

if you don't have the hardware I suggest not bothering to even try get Wii Sports Resort loading your wasting your time!

i have motion plus controller but i am still greeted with the motion plus videos,any idea what i am doing wrong?
any way to reset it so the original motion plus video runs?

Same here,execpt I'm running from DVD. So whats the USB fix? It may work for DVD users that are having the 001 error.

Wii sports resort using R5RC1 and the alternate dol method

use wiiscrubber look in partition2/sys/mpls_movie/ and save out the player.dol rename it to RZTJ.dol make sure you give it the .dol extension or it will not work!

put this file in the NEOGAMMA\alt-dol folder that's on the root of your mem card and load it using 002 FIX on and ALT DOL on!

watch the pretty long Wii Plus video and when its finished press A when prompted to quit the video!

it will NOW WORK!

I've tryed installing WSR and using this,but I STILL GET THAT ******* 001 ERROR!

usbloader gx with alternate dol loading, actually watching the crap the first time and 002 fix works fine for me.
softmod only: ciosrev10, bootmii v2, preloder and no cioscorp.

Was able to watch the videos for the first time, now when I go back in, I have a menu with 5 options. The top 4 gray options I can select, but just show the videos again. The 5th blue option just resets my Wii. Any way to get by this?

I've tried it with alt-dol OFF and it will either give me the 002 error or the 001 error now. Won't even get me as far the the 5 option menu unless I have alt-dol ON.

Edit: Now it's gotten worst, not Neogamma won't even load the game unless the alt-dol is set to ON. This just gets progressively worst.

does it make any difference if the image is ran through wii brickblocker?
i have compared the 2,the brickblocked one only has 2 partitions and the other one has 3,part Info,Data and Update,is the player.dol from the update partition any different to the one from the data partition?

indie,i am also stuck at the 5 options,4 vids and the other a reset wii,i am starting to think my wm+ is faulty,because the game does load,it just isn't recognizing the wm+,well thats the way i see it.
is the connector on the wm+ supposed to be loose,if not then its deffo faulty lol

also where is this save file,dont have one,why is that?
can i get my wii to run the original wm+ video again?
