Hacking Wii Shop Channel safe to use on 4.0?

Is it safe to go on Wii Shop Channel on 4.0, even though I installed pirated VC/Wiiware games on the menu and SD Card?

Yeah I saw that I understood wrong, the issue was the following:

Do not buy DLC to a pirated VC/Wiiware title then the title will be blocked until you buy it, but then why would you buy DLC if you already pirated the VC/Wiiware title
