Hacking Wii mini bluebomb problem in reinstalling homebrew chanel

I am new to the forum but I have been reading for many years when I have had any questions because I solve many problems but I can not find a solution ...

I have a problem with a wii mini version 4.3 eu.

When bluebomb came out, it was very easy for me and I got to install the chanel homebrew.

the problem is that I installed normal wii cios because I did not know that they were different.

the wii works, but for more trouble also delete the homebrew channel thinking that I could do everything from 0

now there is no homebrew chanel and it does not load the bluebomb.

I connect it or bluethoot and load it, but it does not go beyond the press 1 screen because the remote does not detect me (the one never gets out, it stays frozen there)

I have tried on a normal wii to load the bluebomb with the same remote and it works

I use old wii controller

The truth is I don't know what else to do and I have given it up for lost when hacking it.

For the record: "Deleting everything", "Factory Reset", "Format", "Start over", "Start from scratch" or whatever other synonyms there are, will not anything good on consoles.
Metaphor: A house owner notices some damage inside the house. They decide to leave the house, lock the door and throw the key away. How is that supposed to repair the damage or help repairing damage?
In this case:
House → Wii Mini
Something broken → Wrong cIOS
Lock door and throw away key → delete Homebrew Channel
Why does this keep happening? Someday I will lose all my hair because of this!

I hope you installed latest Priiloader (or at least v0.9 or one of its previous beta versions). That could be helpful.

a) The "Press (1)" on the scam warning screen never appears.
b) The Wii Remote disconnects and is unable to reconnect although "Press (1)" appears.

Since you mentioned using the Wii Remote on another console: Did you sync it to your Mini afterwards? Does it even connect in System Menu?​

It might also be helpful if you tell us what file(s) you installed (file list, do not upload cIOS or any other Nintendo code). I don't think cIOS in high slots (like 249) – like any modern guide should recommend – would do anything bad. Such a cIOS for Wii will not work on Wii Mini for USB loading, but it shouldn't brick anything or impact normal functionality.

I don't think I got to install the piriloader, it was just hacked, when I started doing things wrong and I didn't have time to do much to it.
