Hacking Wii Key Installation Service Help

Im wondering if you guys know of a reliable site that can install a wiikey 1.9 on a GC2-D2B wii with cut pins. I know how to do it but it seems very risky and i rather have a professional do it. Im looking for decent cost, pro-installation and ships to California. I will supply the wiikey and the wii but im wondering if any of you tried it with good results, and were garentees to get your wii back etc. Any help is appreciated, thanks
