New working core for dosbox Wii. As far as i know this is the first time it works on Wii Retroarch.

I noticed the (wiimote) mouse behaves better if i switch audio synchronisation off. Also there is a core option "cpu multiplier", 1,2,3,4 etc that increases speed. Default 1 is about 12mhz AT (a bit slow on later dos games). 2 goes around 24mhz AT, 3 at 33 and so on.
