I was tired of not being able to find Wii covers in CD format for my back-ups. Making all those covers myself would take too much time and would only help myself and not others. So I decided to write a program which easily allows you to quickly create nice and organized covers.

I started today and already progressed so far that you can import an JPG image and export it (JPG only) or copy the cover to your clipboard. Download the program (alpha version) and see for yourself how easy it is!

Problems and suggestions are more than welcome.

I made an update to the program, Wii Covermaker Alpha v0.5.

New in this version
- Save your cover as PNG and BMP
- Load images in JPG, JPEG, PNG and GIF
- Menu added (File, Edit and Help)
- Interface makeover (more organized)
- Select developer logo and move it around
- Change header
- Add credit to your cover

Wow, that's one excellent little app.

Are the resizeable graphics in vector format?

Any chance of adding images for the Australian/New Zealand rating system

Yes, although you can't export to a vector format - Flash (the program I made this in) won't allow it. Yes, tell me the name and I'll do my best to get the Australian logo's.

Better Yet, could you make a real Wii logo instead of that Bar with the blue thing ?

Much like the real covers

Maybe later, it has some side effects because I have to turn off other options then and that requires some nifty coding.

Something that might help in the creation of the covers is http://press.nintendo.com/ login with
username: guest
password: nintendo
(The login expires 9/30/2007)
and you get access to high res artwork and logos of released Nintendo games and up coming games

Also im really impressed with the program the interface is slick and looks very professional wish i had a program like that for my PC games but a few things i would add is you image resizing within the program and have it keep the aspect ratio so i dont have to have exact hight x width and it would be perfect.

What size case is this program made for? I tried printing one for my WiiKey Disk and it's wrong size... What have I done wrong? Probably just my case. (Regular Clear CD Case)
