I liked the 5 minutes of San Andreas on iPhone and I think that after Metal Gear Survive theres nowhere to go but up. I think it could be profitable and that Snake Eater specifically could work great on mobile.

Probably because the controls were janky at best with physical controls, fucks knows how bad it'd be with touch screen controls.

I say that as someone who thinks both games are fantastic.

Its also not really worth the cost to do the work porting it. People's views on value are particularly skewed on Android/IOS. If its not free or next to nothing its too expensive.

THERE'S MGS HD collection for VITA, and MGS3 was ported to 3ds too!

I believe the reason is the input of those games are quite complicate and hard to be fully optimized into a touch screen.

I suppose with the New 2DS/3DS that MGS controls a lot better due to the 2nd thumbstick.

Anyway, PS3 has the best release of all: Metal Gear Solid: The Legacy Collection (it's quite cheap and comes with 10 games).
