Why is it that all 360 games are dual layered?

And the Wii still uses regular DVD's, with only two exceptions (SSBB and Metroid Prime Trilogy). What's the reason behind it?

I think it's quite obvious. Because of the better graphics the files are bigger so it doesn't fit on a DVD5
