Hacking Where to find cIOS16-64-v257 wad?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums and any help would be much appreciated.

Can anyone update file IOS16-64-v257.wad? I can't find it on google at all.

I have the same problem finding the file. Everyone talks about it - it's nowhere. I know Waninkoko made it, so it must be available.

If anyone could PM me cIOS16-64-v257, or at least point me in the right direction, I'd be very thankful.

I need to run the wad and the cIOS_fix to downgrade my Wii System menu from 3.4E to 3.2. Nothing else is working at the moment.
