Sorry man, you JUST missed it. By like a week or two at most. Big ninty pulled it from the eshop since a primary exploit was found in it, and no physical cartridge was produced for it.

the game was pulled from view on the eshop, but it is still on Nintendo CDN server, people who have downloaded it before, or other ways, can still get it.

I'm sure ninty will patch the exploit and re-release it on the eshop. That's what they usually do. So if you can remain a little patient, your game coding quench shall be met.
