Well, as far as I know, bubba isn't a troll. He is far more "involved" in the scene than you think.

I never said he's involved in the production process. I only said he is involved in the scene and might have some information.

if someone has information about something, he either shares it or doesn't talk about it at all, if it is sensitive information
if someone implies, he got information, but refuses to share it, then he generally is a troll
whether or not he actually has that information, isn't even important, he may have it, he may not, all that matters, is that he publicly implies it for a few seconds of fame

i have heard some speculation that the devs are busy trying to fix cobra ps3 ode to work with latest fw 1st and that is causing some of the delay
but i assume you mean there is another reason nintendo related for the delay
