Homebrew Where can i find an official wiiu gamepad battery?

Hello Everyone,

Where can i find a genuine wii u gamepad battery in 2020?

When i search in ebay, amazon or others online market place, i only found third party battery's (that are often dysfunctional or do not last long).

So, if someone can tell me a battery who is equivalent to 2500 Mah or know how to make a mod ( bypass the third party battery's by replacing it with lipo battery) that would be good.

the only place I know of is nintendo. I replaced my battery a while back. I'm assuming they no longer sell them, since they no longer repair wii u's. search oem when looking for batteries on ebay.

the WUP-013 battery is going to cost as much as a whole Wii U 8GB system including gamepad (120$+ range). I would recommend getting another standard WUP-012 battery as they run in the 10-30$ range instead.

depends on the user need, that 2550 mAh is 42% more battery. You get about 2 1/2 extra hours of playing time.
