I want to buy my first flashcard and I have no access to a credit card, however I can use a OneVanilla Prepaid Visa card, are there any sites that I can buy a flashcard with that? Or send them money from Paypal using this card?

For a simple flash card for DS roms you can get one at peachds.com its the best shop for people ordering in the US that takes paypal. I would get the R4iSDHC v2015 but if your looking for flawless GBA emulation you should get the Supercard DSTWO (it works on 3DS aswell).

they should email your payment address within 24 hours with your tracking number.

It says "If you chose to pay with Paypal, we will send you an invoice shortly" I don't think they HAVE my paypal account or know to take money from which account...

When you send payments using paypal they have your email address for your paypal in the invoice. Have you paid yet?
