As a painter and artist I feel obligated to inform you that colours are nothing more than hues, and white or black are not colours at all.
Black is the absense of colors whilst White is the mix of all colours visible by the human eye...
So... yeah... black and white shouldn't be on that list unless you need to saturate or desaturate your hue.

Yeah, Grey shouldn't be there either.

One time in high school our teacher went around the class and asked everyone what their favorite color was.
It was hunting season, so a lot of the boys were wearing camouflage shirts or jackets. One of them said camouflage was their favorite color and a bunch of other boys changed their answer to camouflage too. The teacher allowed it.
Then it was my turn. So I, always having to give a weird snowflake answer to everything, said my favorite color was "shiny". I was told shiny was not a color and I had to change my answer.
I'm aware that shiny isn't a color but neither is fucking camouflage! It just goes to show that if you're part of a big enough group you can be right even when you're wrong.

Anyway, blue.

Yes, it is also classified as an artificial colour as it's not naturally on the visible spectrum.
It is a color, but can't exist by itself unless it's man made.
