Why..... Would you need a pc to get playcoins? Everything can ne done on the 3ds with little to no effort, as its been around since custom themes.

These are for creating icons. He wants the shell extension that generates thumbnails for CIA, 3DS, and 3DZ files. I'd link it if I could remember the name, but it applies box art thumbnails to these files.
